My experience with Transformational Breath
Transformational Breath is the most profound experience I have ever had, for which I am grateful. Throughout my life, I have had many experiences which have contributed to my self-development and greater awareness, but Transformational Breath has put all of it in context. I feel more in alignment with my life’s purpose, more grounded than ever, and I am the happiest that I have ever been. Why I became a Transformational Breath facilitatorFrom the time of my first seminar with Transformational Breath developer, Dr. Judith Kravitz, there was no question I wanted to do this work. My experience of feeling more connected to my purpose, being happier and more grounded, encouraged me to become a facilitator, knowing that it would allow me to be truly of service to others. I see Transformational Breath as a means that enables people to raise the vibration of their experience and in turn contribute to the raising of the vibration of the planet. Using her breath, Judith healed herself of throat cancer, and has worked with over 100,000 people and inspired and personally trained hundreds of facilitators in this work, including me. As a practitioner of Asian bodywork (specifically, Shiatsu), I am used to working with people who are sincere about discovering their wholeness and ability to tap into their own healing potential. While I continue to practice Shiatsu (and love it), I know that Transformational Breathing has the potential to truly transform lives. In breathing, we discover that we’re really okay. More and more, in these times, we’re being called to act within a higher dimensional framework. There was a time when, to discover life’s higher answers, perhaps it was necessary to live on a mountain, dedicate 20 years or so of your life, or follow a practice that separated you from a worldly existence. But now, when doing a breath session with intention, it is possible for a person in the course of an hour and a half or so, to get an answer that’s appropriate. About meI am an ordained minister with more than 25 years of experience with various forms of bodywork, process work and meditation. As a Transformational Breath certified facilitator, I received all of my training, including the highest level Advanced Teacher Training, directly from Dr. Judith Kravitz, developer of the Transformational Breathing process and founder of the Transformational Breath Foundation. I am also certified by the American Organization of Bodywork Therapies of Asia (AOBTA) as a Shiatsu practitioner, trained at Ohashiatsu Chicago, now Zen Shiatsu Chicago, and currently on the faculty at Zen Shiatsu Chicago, where I periodically offer Breathing Workshops. Additional training includes classes at Mi-Zai Shiatsu Chicago. I have received multiple certifications in VortexHealing from the VortexHealing Institute. Other studies and interests include Cranial Sacral Therapy, Zero Balancing, Tai Chi, and Pilates. In addition to offering sessions at my studio in the West Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago, I practice in Evanston at Zen Shiatsu Chicago and under special circumstances will make home visits. |
